The family and friends of ADAM are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held in the
Alston Memorial Chapel, Lincoln Grove Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Gunnedah Road, Tamworth commencing at 2.00pm Friday 27th January, 2017.

By request no flowers.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the National Heart Foundation. A Donations Box will be available at the Chapel.

I missed you at Dad's Funeral end as I was getting Mum back into my van on that terrible cold dismissal last Friday.
You were walking away & I couldn't get to say how wonderful a service you did for my family.
You are amazing & made a sad day bearable.
