Passed suddenly and tragically
on Monday 22nd May at home.

The family and friends of DENIS
are warmly invited to attend his
Funeral Mass to be celebrated in
St. Nicholas Catholic Church,
White Street Tamworth
commencing at 10.30am,
Friday 2nd June, 2017.
Following the Mass, the cortege
will proceed to the Tamworth
Regional Council Lawn Cemetery,
Showground Road, Tamworth.

Whilst flowers are appreciated
we ask you to consider a

and support)
