Funeral Service to be held in the
Alston Memorial Chapel,
Lincoln Grove Memorial
Gardens Crematorium,
Gunnedah Road, Tamworth
commencing at 10.00am
Monday 19th June 2017.

By request no flowers.
Donations in lieu of flowers
may be made to the
Cancer Council.
A Donations Box will be
available at the Chapel.

The family would like to thank
the staff of Surgical 1 and the
staff of Nioka Tamworth Hospital
for their care and sensitivity shown
to Bernice during her stay in hospital

I missed you at Dad's Funeral end as I was getting Mum back into my van on that terrible cold dismissal last Friday.
You were walking away & I couldn't get to say how wonderful a service you did for my family.
