The family and friends of DOUG
are warmly invited to attend his
funeral service to be held in
St. John’s Anglican Church,
Carthage Street, Tamworth
commencing at 2.00pm,
Friday 8th June, 2018.
Following the service the
cortege will proceed to the
Lincoln Grove Memorial
Gardens Crematorium,
Gunnedah Road, Tamworth.

By request no flowers.
