Dear Claire

I apologise for the late thank you. Am finally taking time to do so as things still crazy.
I missed you at Dad's Funeral end as I was getting Mum back into my van on that terrible cold dismissal last Friday.
You were walking away & I couldn't get to say how wonderful a service you did for my family.
You are amazing & made a sad day bearable.
Thank you Claire your job can't always be pleasant but to me you are a blessing.

Sincerely Jenny Parish (Mervyn Dalton)

To Dear Shaun, Suzanne, Yvette and all the The Team

Just a note to say many thanks for an outstanding service at our Mother's Funeral,
your professionalism and caring attitude was exemplary.
We couldn't have asked for a better team, to arranging the funeral,
the booklet and on the day, it all went so well.
Shaun, the hymn was so beautiful & Bill played beautifully and the livestreaming also.

Thank you all once again and kindest regards
Margaret Chamberlain on behalf of the Pyrke family, Nona, Jennifer, Bill & Judith

To the staff

I travelled from Brisbane with my mum, Carole (Casino) to attend her sister's viewing and funeral - Dorothy Coulton, Friday 25th August, Nazareth Chapel.

You were very understanding and respectful. Thank you for such a wonderful job, so well done.

Kind regards
Amanda

To Shaun,

Suzanne and all staff that cared for our much loved and greatly missed mother and grandmother and great grandmother,
Elsie May Milsom.

Thank you so much for your words of comfort and the care that you have shown towards Elsie and her family.

To Shaun, Suzanne & Team

Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professional service provided to us during a difficult time following the loss of our husband and dad, James (Jim) McCormack.

From the moment the team took dad into care in the early hours of Monday 18th September, we were comforted by the respectful, caring and dignified support and service provided to our family.

Shaun, we would also like to thank you for extending your service to sing two solo's at dad's Requiem Mass and again the family very much appreciated this special gesture.

Our sincerest thanks
Angela, Frank, Andrew, Anna & Celia

Dear Shaun and Staff

Please accept our utmost admiration for the kindness and professionalism shown by yourself and staff during the recent sad passing of our beloved Lynne.
We would particularly make note of the excellent Order of Service prepared by your Graphics staff and it gave us great satisfaction to distribute the spare copies to those interstate and far away who could not attend on the day.

Kind regards
John, Matthew and Rebecca Black
