The family and friends of JOHN
are warmly invited to attend his
Funeral Service to be held in the
Alston Memorial Chapel,
Lincoln Grove Memorial
Gardens Crematorium,
Gunnedah Road Tamworth
commencing at 10.00am,
Wednesday 10th November, 2021.
(New entry to the Cemetery -
enter into Goddard Lane,
then Armstrong Street
into Workshop Lane).

In view of current
NSW Health Regulations,
strict social distancing will
apply and masks must be
worn when in the Chapel.

Attendees are also required to
self-check in with the mandatory
QR Code and provide their
vaccination certificate.
NSW HEALTH LEGISLATION
ALLOWS ONLY THOSE WHO ARE
FULLY VACCINATED TO ATTEND.

I missed you at Dad's Funeral end as I was getting Mum back into my van on that terrible cold dismissal last Friday.
You were walking away & I couldn't get to say how wonderful a service you did for my family.
